Xarelto is FDA-approved to reduce the risk of strokes and blood clots in Americans with atrial fibrillation (A-fib) that’s not caused by a heart valve problem. A-fib is a type of irregular heartbeat. It can disrupt the flow of blood around your body and increase your risk of having a blood clot. Blood clots can sometimes be dangerous. For example, a blood clot that travels to your brain can cause a stroke. Xarelto is an anticoagulant (blood thinner). It lowers your risk of having strokes and blood clots. One study found Xarelto was as effective as warfarin (Coumadin, Jantoven) in preventing stroke and blood clots in people with A-fib. (Warfarin is a different type of anticoagulant that’s recommended as a treatment option for A-fib in current guidelines.)
In this study, 3.8% of people taking Xarelto had a stroke or blood clot. In comparison, 4.3% of patients taking warfarin had a stroke or blood clot.

SIDE EFFECTS:
HoneyBee Pharmacy understands the mild side effects of Xarelto that are more common* can include: fatigue (lack of energy), belly pain, back pain, muscle spasm, dizziness, fainting, anxiety, depression, trouble sleeping, itching. Most of these side effects may go away within a few days or a couple of weeks. But if they become more severe or don’t go away, talk with your doctor or pharmacist.
Serious side effects from Xarelto can occur. Call your doctor right away if you have serious side effects. Call 911 if your symptoms feel life threatening or if you think you’re having a medical emergency. Patients should seek medical treatment right away if they experience any of the following symptoms: Unexpected bleeding or bleeding that lasts a long time, such as: Nose bleeds that happen often, unusual bleeding from the gums, menstrual bleeding that is heavier than normal or vaginal bleeding, bleeding that is severe and cannot be controlled, red, pink or brown urine, bright red or black stools that look like tar, coughing up blood or blood clots, vomiting blood or vomiting what resembles “coffee grounds”, headaches, dizziness or weakness, pain, swelling or new drainage at wound sites

WARNINGS:
It is very important that you pay attention to any signs or symptoms that seem out of the ordinary. HBP is committed to helping Americans not only with their medications but informing them on how to stay safe when it comes to their prescription needs. The first warning advises patients taking Xarelto not to prematurely discontinue its use, as doing so may result in an increased risk of adverse thrombotic events, such as stroke. The manufacturer of the blood thinner also notes that in clinical trials involving patients with atrial fibrillation (AF), an increased risk of stroke has been observed in such individuals when switching from Xarelto to warfarin. The label directs that if use of the anticoagulant medication is discontinued for a reason other than bleeding or end of treatment, patients should strongly consider the use of another blood thinner in Xarelto’s place.

The second warning advises patients of the potential for epidural or spinal hematomas (a collection, or “pooling,” of blood outside the body’s blood vessels) to occur in individuals receiving neuraxial anesthesia (such as an epidural) or undergoing a spinal puncture. The warning further states that these hematomas can result in long-term or permanent paralysis, and that patients at risk should be routinely monitored for signs and symptoms of neurological impairment.

Lastly, points to bleeding as a serious side effect, which can even lead to death. Taking certain medications, including certain painkillers known as NSAIDs (or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), aspirin, and certain antidepressants including selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), along with Xarelto, can increase a patient’s risk for bleeding.

INTERACTIONS:
HoneyBee Pharmacy understands that some products that may interact with this drug include: mifepristone, other drugs that can cause bleeding/bruising (including antiplatelet drugs such as clopidogrel, “blood thinners” such as warfarin, enoxaparin), certain antidepressants (including SSRIs such as fluoxetine, SNRIs such as desvenlafaxine/venlafaxine).

Other medications can affect the removal of rivaroxaban from your body, which may affect how rivaroxaban works. Examples include cobicistat, conivaptan, certain azole antifungals (itraconazole, ketoconazole, posaconazole), rifamycins (such as rifampin), HIV protease inhibitors (such as lopinavir, ritonavir), St. John’s wort, drugs used to treat seizures (such as carbamazepine, phenytoin, phenobarbital), among others.
Aspirin can increase the risk of bleeding when used with this medication. However, if your doctor has directed you to take low-dose aspirin for heart attack or stroke prevention (usually at dosages of 81-325 milligrams a day), you should continue taking it unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for more details.

OVERDOSE
HoneyBee Pharmacy wants to inform readers that it is possible to overdose on Xarelto (rivaroxaban) by consuming large amounts of the drug. If an overdose is suspected, patients are urged to seek immediate treatment as potentially life-threatening bleeding complications can occur. Due to Xarelto’s high plasma protein binding, the drug is not dialyzable, meaning dialysis cannot be used to remove the medication from the patient’s blood. Since there is currently no specific antidote generally available to reverse bleeding in patients taking Xarelto, activated charcoal may be used to reduce absorption of the drug.

Mild cases of overdose may not result in any symptoms. Since there is currently no easy or overall effective way to treat a Xarelto overdose that results in bleeding, treatment is likely to be largely symptomatic and supportive, minimizing complications that occur rather than preventing them. Symptoms of an overdose may include: Vision or speech changes
vomiting blood, severe headache, weakness or numbness in an arm or leg (this may be a sign of bleeding in the brain)
easy bruising, black, tarry stools or bright red blood in the stool (this may be a sign of gastrointestinal bleeding).

STORAGE
HBP recommends to store Xarelto at room temperature (approximately 77°F/25°C). Do not store it in the bathroom. Keep all medications away from children and pets. Use/discard the crushed tablet mixture within 4 hours. Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so. Properly discard this product when it is expired or no longer needed. Consult our Pharmacist or local waste disposal company.

Losing weight and keeping it off can lessen the many health risks that come with obesity, including heart disease diabetes, high blood pressure, and a shorter life.

Liraglutide is similar to a natural hormone in your body (incretin). It works by suppressing and controlling your appetite.

It is a glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist and should not be used in combination with any other drug belonging to this class, including Victoza, a treatment for type 2 diabetes; while Saxenda and Victoza contain the same active ingredient (liraglutide) at different doses, Saxenda is not indicated for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, as the safety and efficacy of Saxenda for the treatment of diabetes has not been established. The cardiovascular safety of liraglutide is being investigated in an ongoing cardiovascular outcomes trial.

Chronic diseases like obesity usually require long-term treatment. Avoid taking gimmicks that will only lead to temporary weight loss. Be sure to do your homework. Look into obesity or whatever you think that you may have. Your health care provider will create a plan tailored to your weight-management goals. You’ll need to visit your health care provider 4 months after you begin taking Saxenda to review your progress and renew your prescription. You’ll also work with your health care provider to follow a low-calorie meal plan and increase your physical activity while taking Saxenda for weight management.

CAN YOU USE SAXENDA? WHO CAN USE THIS MEDICATION?

Saxenda is licensed to treat obesity in people with a body mass index (BMI) of 30kg/m2 or higher, or those with a BMI of 27kg/m2 to 30kg/m2 who have one or more of a number of weight-linked health conditions including Type 2 diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia (raised fat or cholesterol levels in the blood), high blood pressure and obstructive sleep apnea. It should be used in combination with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise. Children and young people under the age of 18 should not use Saxenda, as it is not yet known how the drug affects this age group. Furthermore, Saxenda should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women due to unknown effects on the fetus or baby.

WATCH OUT FOR SIDE EFFECTS:

Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhea, gas, heartburn, or constipation may occur. Nausea usually lessens as you continue to use liraglutide. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly. Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.

Persistent vomiting/diarrhea may result in a serious loss of body water (dehydration). Contact your doctor promptly if you notice any symptoms of dehydration, such as unusual dry mouth/thirst or dizziness/lightheadedness. Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including signs of kidney problems (such as a change in the amount of urine), yellowing eyes/skin, fast heartbeat, mental/mood changes (such as depression, thoughts of suicide), signs of low blood sugar (sudden sweating, shaking, fast heartbeat, hunger, blurred vision, dizziness, or tingling hands/feet).

Get medical help right away if you have any very serious side effects, including signs of pancreatitis or gallbladder disease (such as persistent nausea/vomiting, severe stomach/abdominal pain). A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

MAKE SURE TO MONITOR HOW YOUR BODY REACTS TO SAXENDA:

You should talk to your doctor to make sure Saxenda is safe for you. Your health care provider will evaluate your health history and your medical conditions to decide if you can use the medication and if it is likely to improve your health. Do not share your Saxenda pen with others even if the needle has been changed. You may give other people a serious infection or get a serious infection from them.

AVOID USING SAXENDA IF:

If you have any severe allergies to Liraglutide or any of the ingredients in Saxenda.

You are expecting a child or trying to get pregnant. Saxenda may harm your unborn baby. Ask your doctor about breastfeeding if you are on Saxenda.

Before taking Saxenda, Consult with your Primary Physician:

– Advise your medical professional if you have severe problems with your stomach such as constipation, gastro, bowel movements from problems with the digestive system, problems with large or small intestines

– Alter your medical professional regarding any problems of the pancreas, kidneys, or liver.

– Alert your medical professional if you experience any depression or suicidal thoughts – this includes mental health issues

Be sure to tell your doctor or local Pharmacist regarding any prescription or over-the-counter medicines that you may currently be taking including vitamins, and herbal supplements. Did you know that Saxenda slows stomach emptying and can affect medicines that need to pass through the stomach quickly. This is why it is important for patients to advise their doctors of any medications they are currently or have recently stopped taking. Saxenda may affect the way some medicines work and some other medicines may affect the way Saxenda works. Tell your health care provider if you take diabetes medicines, especially insulin and sulfonylurea medicines.

What does that include exactly? That includes the following:

– Look for testimonials but on and off the site
– Search various social media channels and outlets to see if you find anything in relation to that particular online Pharmacy platform
– Review the criteria that the platform has. Is it consistent? Is there daily activity? If you reach out to that platform is it possible for you to establish a connection with an actual customer service agent instead of dead air?

We know that Insulin is very expensive for Americans and that is why Americans use the black market to get the medications that they need to live better and longer. This is dangerous. With the right online Pharmaceutical platforms, Americans can make better decisions all they have to do is find the right ones. Many online Pharmaceutical platforms advertise that the medications are 75-80% cheaper than Americans. The majority of these are true. Just be sure to do your own due diligence to avoid scams.

We offer medications all over the USA. This includes Nevada, Texas, Georgia, New York, California, Minnesota.

If you are interested and are determined to buy insulin online, be sure to order your medications from an accredited Pharmacy. A Pharmacy with reputable status and that has been around for years.

Although some pharmacies in Canada do not ask for a prescription regarding certain medications you are required to submit a copy of your prescription from your primary physician that is located in the United States when placing an order with our platform. This is due to the laws of importation of the USA being different from the laws of Canada. Please be mindful that we follow international laws and regulations to ensure we are able to deliver top-quality and safe medications for all.

Novolin R is a short-acting insulin. When injected subcutaneously, the glucose-lowering effect of Novolin R begins approximately 30 minutes post-dose, is maximal between 1.5 and 3.5 hours post-dose and terminates approximately 8 hours post-dose. The onset of action of Novolin R, when administered intravenously, is more rapid in comparison to the subcutaneous administration. When injected subcutaneously, Novolin R has a slower onset of action and longer duration of action

Your doctor and/or pharmacist know which brands can be substituted for one another. Ask your doctor about buying Canadian insulin online.

Eliquis (apixaban) blocks the activity of certain clotting substances in the blood. Eliquis is used to lower the risk of stroke or a blood clot in people with a heart rhythm disorder called atrial fibrillation. It is also used to lower the risk of forming a blood clot in the legs and lungs of people who have just had hip or knee replacement surgery.

Eliquis is used to treat blood clots in the veins of your legs (deep vein thrombosis) or lungs (pulmonary embolism) and lower the risk of them occurring again. It belongs to a class of drugs called anticoagulants, specifically factor Xa blockers. A class of drugs is a group of medications that work in a similar way. These drugs are often used to treat similar conditions. This is a blood thinner and helps to prevent blood clots from forming in your body. It does this by blocking the substance factor Xa, which in turn decreases the amount of the enzyme thrombin in your blood. Thrombin is a substance that causes platelets in your blood to stick to one another, causing clots to form. When thrombin is decreased, this prevents a clot (thrombus) from forming in your body.

BEFORE YOU TAKE THE ELIQUIS – PLEASE NOTE OF THESE:

You should not take Eliquis if you are allergic to apixaban, or if you have active bleeding from a surgery, injury, or other cause. Eliquis may cause you to bleed more easily, especially if you have a bleeding disorder that is inherited or caused by disease. Tell your doctor if you have an artificial heart valve, or if you have ever had: liver or kidney disease (or if you are on dialysis); if you are older than 80; or if you weigh less than 132 pounds (60 kilograms).
Eliquis can cause a very serious blood clot around your spinal cord if you undergo a spinal tap or receive spinal anesthesia (epidural). This type of blood clot could cause long-term paralysis, and maybe more likely to occur if: you have a spinal catheter in place or if a catheter has been recently removed; you have a history of spinal surgery or repeated spinal taps; you have recently had a spinal tap or epidural anesthesia; you are taking aspirin or an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) – aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve), diclofenac, indomethacin, meloxicam, and others; or you are using other medicines to treat or prevent blood clots.
Taking Eliquis may increase the risk of bleeding while you are pregnant or during your delivery. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. You should not breast-feed while using this medicine. Talk to your local Primary care physician if Eliquis is right for you. Or simply give us a call to speak with one of our Pharmacists from our contracted Pharmacy department. At HoneyBee Pharmacy, we put your health first.

SIDE EFFECTS:

Eliquis can cause mild or serious side effects. The following lists contain some of the key side effects that may occur while taking Eliquis. These lists don’t include all possible side effects. For more information on the possible side effects of Eliquis, talk with your doctor or pharmacist. They can give you tips on how to deal with any side effects that may be bothersome.
